When will my order be processed?
Orders are dispatched from our logistics centre point within 1-3 business days. Please note that during busy periods such as new launches and sales, dispatches may take up to 9 extra business days. The team at the Label work as fast as possible to get your order out ASAP.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with the tracking details where you'll be able to track the full extent of the journey.
Do you accept returns?
Unfortunately we only accept exchanges.
Please note that merchandise is accepted for exchange if returned in an approved and saleable condition within 14 days from when received. Please note all tags must be attached to the item and must be free of makeup stains and smells. It must not be altered or washed in anyway.
When will I receive my item?
Shipping times vary depending on the destination. After dispatching, our estimated shipping times are:
UK | 2-4 working days for standard delivery and mext day delivery permitted items are ordered before 4pm Monday to Friday.
Rest of the world | 3-5 working days
Please note that these are estimates and can be subjected to external delays such as customs and busy holiday periods. This is unfortunately out of our control.
