This policy applies only to parcels returned to us by the courier due to non-collection, failed delivery attempts, or incorrect/incomplete address details provided at checkout. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.


Store Credit or Exchange Only

  • Refunds are not offered for parcels returned due to non-collection or delivery issues outside our control.
  • Returned parcels are eligible for store credit or an exchange for the item value.
  • Customers may choose an exchange for an item of higher value and pay the difference at the time of exchange.
  • Store credit does not expire and may only be used for future purchases with Arewa The Label.

 

Shipping & Customs Fees

 

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.
  • Any customs duties or import fees paid are not refundable, as these are collected directly by the government or customs authorities, not Arewa The Label.
  • If the courier charges a return-to-sender fee, this cost is the responsibility of the customer and must be paid before an exchange is processed.

 

Re-Shipping

 

  • Customers may request that returned parcels be re-shipped.
  • All re-shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid prior to dispatch.

 

Customer Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping details and collecting parcels within the courier’s stated timeframe.
  • Arewa The Label is not responsible for parcels returned due to missed collection, failed delivery attempts, or lack of response to courier notifications.

 

Condition of Items

  • Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition to be eligible for store credit or exchange.
  • Once received and inspected, store credit or exchange options will be arranged.
