EXCHANGE POLICY

ArewaTheLabel run an Exchange Only policy.

We acknowledge that occasionally your thoughts may change. So we’re happy to accept exchanges on any item that is unworn, free from smells,make-up stains and still fitted with our return lanyard and label. Once received This policy applies to any item shipped to us within 14 days of receipt by you.

Please note, shipping costs are not covered by the label. Therefore, we recommend using a tracked service. ArewaTheLabel is not liable for any lost returns, if customers use a tracked service they are insured with the specific courier.

Reason for exchange 

 You can exchange your item for any size or item (permitted it’s in stock) and we send them back to you at no extra charge.Please note 2 exchange are offered per item.

If your size is unavailable after you’ve place an order, you will be given a full refund to your original payment method within 5-10 working days.

Please note that card refunds may take up to 10 business days depending on the bank and their processing time. This varies between banks, so please speak to your bank for any more info regarding processing times as this is out of our control.
